Chris Patfield workshop
This workshop will touch two main pillars of juggling/movement practice.
- Variation of patterns: How to create variations of site swap patterns, using bodytrows, balances, rollings and body-bounces.
- Creation of short phrases using our own vocabulary.
- Bring juggling and body awareness using Feldenkrais method as a guide. Body posture, spiralling and using the weight wisely.
- We will apply the previous concepts to solo and group choreography.
- How to link short phrases to create a longer and more interesting phrase.
- How to use the space and the rhythm in our juggling.
